Refund & Return Policy.

Every Convert to Shape artwork is carefully prepared for each order. The print is made, framed and finished for you, then inspected and packed in our studio. Because of this, we keep our approach to returns simple and honest, and we will always work with you if something has gone wrong.

1. Choosing your artwork

We want you to choose an artwork that feels right for your space. Before you order, please check the product page for the artwork's:

  • dimensions
  • print medium
  • frame specifications
  • glazing details
  • product images
  • finish and other specifications

If you're unsure about size, framing or finish, write to us at care@designsattva.com before you order. We're happy to help.

2. Returns and exchanges

Because our artworks are carefully prepared for each order, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been placed. This includes a change of mind, choosing a different size, frame or finish, or an artwork not suiting your space.

3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, because we begin preparing your artwork straight away. This applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.

If we have to cancel your order (for example, if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, there was a pricing or product-information error, or we cannot deliver to your address), we will refund the full amount you paid.

4. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect

We take great care when packing every piece. Even so, artworks can sometimes meet the unexpected during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@designsattva.com with:

  • your order number
  • a continuous unboxing video, recorded in one take from the sealed package to the artwork fully unpacked
  • photographs of the outer packaging
  • photographs of the artwork as received
  • clear photographs showing the damage, defect or discrepancy

The unboxing video is required. Claims not reported within 24 hours of delivery, or sent without a continuous unboxing video, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please keep the artwork and all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

5. How we resolve it

Once we have reviewed your video and photographs, we will work with you on a resolution:

  1. Replacement first. Where a claim is approved, we will arrange collection of the damaged, defective or incorrect artwork and send you a replacement, at no cost to you, subject to courier serviceability at your address.
  2. Refund if a replacement isn't possible. If we cannot provide a replacement (for example, if the artwork or material is no longer available), we will give you a full refund once the artwork has been collected and returned to us.

6. What is not considered a defect

Every screen is different, and every material has its own character. Colours and finishes may look slightly different between the images on our website and the physical artwork because of photography, lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of printing and framing materials. These minor variations are part of the nature of a physical artwork and are not considered defects.

Damage caused after delivery, through mishandling, improper hanging, moisture or direct sunlight, is also not covered.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to the bank account or UPI ID you share with us.

Delivery within India is included in the price of the artwork, so there are no separate shipping charges to refund unless they were charged on your order.
