Shipping, Returns & Damage Policy.

Made with care. Delivered with care.

At Convert to Shape, we believe an artwork is more than an image on a wall. It is an idea, translated through design and making into something you can live with.

That same care extends to the journey from our studio to your space. Every artwork is carefully prepared, inspected and packaged before it leaves us.

Please read the following guidelines before placing your order.

Shipping

Within India

Delivery within India is included in the price of the artwork, unless specifically mentioned otherwise on the product page.

Every artwork is carefully packed to protect the print, frame and glazing during transit and shipped through reputed courier and logistics partners.

Orders are dispatched within the estimated timeline mentioned on the individual product page.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination. Remote locations may require additional time.

You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, followed by dispatch and tracking details wherever available.

From our studio to your space

Once you place an order, here's what happens:

1. Order confirmed — We confirm your order and begin preparing your artwork.
2. Artwork prepared — The print, frame and finishing are carefully checked before packing.
3. Quality checked — Every piece is inspected before it leaves our studio.
4. Carefully packed — Your artwork is securely packaged for its journey.
5. On its way — Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details wherever available.

Because every artwork deserves the right amount of care, please refer to the individual product page for the estimated dispatch timeline.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion or date, we recommend getting in touch with us before placing your order so we can advise you on the expected timeline.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to choose an artwork that feels right for your space.

Before placing your order, we encourage you to review the artwork's:

• Dimensions
• Print medium
• Frame specifications
• Glazing details
• Product images
• Finish and other specifications mentioned on the product page

Our artworks are carefully prepared for each order. Therefore, orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged once they have been placed.

If you're unsure about an artwork, its dimensions, framing or finish, we're happy to help you make an informed choice before you order.

If your artwork arrives damaged

We take great care while packing every piece. However, artworks can sometimes encounter the unexpected during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, or if you receive an artwork different from the one you ordered, please let us know within 1 hour of your product delivery.

To help us understand what happened, please share:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• Photographs of the artwork as received
• Clear photographs showing the damage or discrepancy

Please keep the original packaging with you until the matter has been resolved.

Once we have reviewed the details, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution. Where a replacement is approved for transit damage or an incorrect order, CTS will arrange the return/pickup and replacement, subject to serviceability.

Damage reported after an hour of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

A note on what you see online

Every screen is different, and every material has its own character.

Colours and finishes may appear slightly different between the images shown on our website and the physical artwork due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of the printing and framing materials.

These minor variations are part of the nature of a physical artwork and are not considered defects.
